La Cerrada Workshop
This sacred and ancient postpartum ritual and rite of passage was created to honour and nurture the mother after she has given birth. La Cerrada is for any stage in her postpartum journey, even if it’s a decade later, this healing ritual doesn’t lose its potency or its power.
In this workshop you will learn the sacred essence within the closing ritual, including a detailed explanation of each stage, learning the skills to offer this ceremony with confidence and reverence as you witness her surrender. A ritual to honour, mark, reframe, heal, cleanse, celebrate and rebirth, as she leaves behind what doesn’t serve her, re-integrating lost parts and birthing a new version of herself – more strengthened and connected.
In this experiential workshop, you will practice this ceremony in depth, gaining hands-on experience in a fun and friendly environment. I will give you the tools to create a sacred space, respecting and honouring each woman’s journey.
This workshop is for birth workers, postpartum doulas, therapists, and all women who feel called to support their sisters. Held in a beautiful and private venue, located in a remote farm in Bath.
